Seaside, NJ: Beaches along New Jerseys pristine seacoast have been filled with beachcombers. Boardwalks have been rebuilt along Superstorm Sandy path of devastation. May businesses have reopended, and beach life continues. However, in every town along the coast, many homes flooded during the 2012 storm Sandy remain unusable. Thousands of homeowners simply do not have money for repairs. Most are second homes not covered by insurance and have grown molds that are toxic.
